[ you may be chilling on base or participating in one of the many bad ideas our crew members have made this month when, suddenly, a voice is heard from your communicator. it's kind of static-y, as if whatever device the person is using isn't exactly in the best condition. ]

[ there's a pause, and what sounds like a... fire extinguisher???? can be heard if you listen hard enough. ]

Oh, sorry about that. My lifepod is on fire. So, where were we? Oh right! Let's be friends.

[ someone please tell her to get out of the burning lifepod. ]

b; i believe that the heart does go on

[ somehow, hajime does make it out of her lifepod that was literally on fire and has made it to the base. luckily, the ship had a wetsuit as well as a breather so she did not drown horribly.

anyway she is, in fact, entering the base for the very first time right now. perhaps you can greet her? ]
