Even weirder, he thinks, is the fact that Magnus used Hel. Sure, it sounds like hell, but the context is enough to tug at the back of his brain. So...not Greek. And also Magnus would have been claimed by one of the Greek gods by now. It doesn't entirely surprise him that Annabeth didn't know Magnus was like them (or had a talking sword) but he doesn't really know how to tell Magnus that the last thing he truly remembers is New York and senior year and promises of getting to be together and aim for college in New Rome. He doesn't think to mention the context in which Annabeth mentioned Magnus either but here they are.]
