My question was more about if there was a specific group of people who were meant to come here. Earth colonists, survivors of a disaster, some rich bored assholes, that sort of thing. Why are we terraforming this planet? Is there something wrong with where these people are from, do they just want to expand, or are there resources they're interested in?
