on base
[ First aid is not all magical in nature, and Ellana knows her fair share of both due to the nature of her life as a whole. She'll be getting in touch with the visibly injured, or even those in shock, to check on how they're doing and offer assistance on base. She's not shy about it: at some point, all five foot plus of her may even be asking you a question while holding a walking stick in her one good hand. ]

Are you injured?

[ Though saying no might mean being asked to help clean up the mess from what was shaken loose in the shockwaves, whoops. ]

are you anywhere out there?
[ The waters may not be cool, but when superheated pockets don't appear to be lurking around in abundance, Ellana suits up to head out and "call" out. ]

This is Ellana speaking from over by the base. If you hear this and are in need of assistance, please call out. For those back in the base, look to each other; if you're out in the open seas, check in and let us know how you're doing, please.

[ Meanwhile, time to assess the damage around the immediate region. She should ask how those radiation levels can be detected... ]
