[He does register it as, well, an admission, but not as Korosensei letting on a fatal weakness, just an understandable phobia. Killing intent isn't something he really does. Hunting for food is one thing, but when he fights it's generally to purify something, leaving it alive and healed at the end. Albeit...beaten up.
