I must admit it's possible... I don't know what kind of creature it could be, though. Judging solely on vibrations and my calculations, it would be larger than any Reefback we've recorded so far. It could be another whale-like creature in that regard. I believe Earth once had a species called blue whales which were at one point in history the largest? Many large creatures tend not to be dangerous. Large predators need too much food to survive in general.

However, given the nature of this planet, I advise caution anyway. What works in most ecosystems may not be true here.
