He might have had more to describe if he hadn't been violently jerked out of one perceived reality to another. After all, it was a little hard to go from a rather unpleasant state to suddenly waking up in a small capsule and being attacked by some horrible sea monster.]

[But as soon as he said that much a laser fired out and monster got distracted going somewhere else. before he knew it something was shooting him out and directly towards the base. Though his legs were a little wobbly, and he definitely needed a moment to gather himself it didn't take too much effort to board. As soon as he walked in he smiled cheerfully.]

[Despite a safe arrival he was not in a good state. Being stationary for the minimum of a month, the maximum of who even knows is hard on the body, especially Nagito's body. For the time being he was simply resting in one of the beds, though trying to get up every so often to move around. However, staying here was troubling him. He had taken measure of himself, it was someone else. A person that worried him.]

Taking a private room didn't feel right, and he couldn't bare the thought of sharing it with others. However, he liked the idea of being where all the books in this place were. He could read them at leisure, and unless someone told him he couldn't stay... well, it was a free space, right?]

Where is this farm exactly? I've only seen water so far. Not that I've gone much else outside of this clinic.

Though, that is a good suggestion, I don't know how well I could do farm work. I'm good at cleaning though if that's any use.

There's a tunnel that leads straight to it from the main entrance. [He built it entirely to try to keep his brother out of the storm during hurricane month. It was not effective.] It's under a glass dome down here.

Well... it's hard to feel anything else. I'm rather unsure about it. There's a lot of questions to be had when you've been asleep for at least a month.

Were you at the Monolith?

[It's his first assumption. But he's pretty sure that people were there recently? Didn't Karkat and Chara go? Surely they'd notice people in the pods.]

I'm not quite sure. I was in some kind of pod, it was a bit hard to really get my bearings waking up suddenly in such an unexpected place. Especially since I wasn't expecting to wake up at all!

[It had been a huge shock. And then a monster... but everything had been fine after that.]

Hmmm... I suppose given this chance I should actually ask some useful questions.

This is the planet Iniidae. I can't give you the star coordinates but someone probably can. The year is I think in the 22nd century. [...He didn't find any of this important to look up.]

I'm in surprising good health if I really was asleep for that long.

You probably weren't asleep that long. Memories are in conflict, but most people here are from different universes. At least the evidence suggests that.

[The news could perhaps be delivered more gently. Unfortunately, Dirk does not have that skill.]

Could this still be virtual reality...?

[He shrugged. It was easier to just accept it as truth than trying to analyze it. After all he had to believe in his own senses. If something turned out to be different he would just have to figure it out when there were enough clues.]

With so few pieces it's just easier to accept this all at face value.
