...you know, it all kind of ties together. Maybe if we can find a way to, to put you back in the waking world as well, ther might be similar mechanics to breaking the perceptional barriers at home...? It's a stretch, but...

So someone made you immortal and put you here...And you never figured out why.

The Reefbacks already said you lived a long time. And if you have kids...why would someone want you to live forever, in this way...? That's just...strange.

We might be able to piece it together more if we knew who did it. But if it was that long ago...are they even still around?

Well...it's a long shot, but we could find out. If we're able to transfer our memories to URSULA thanks to the nanites, they might be able to do the same here. If it's possible, I mean.

[He's not sure if it is possible, but in theory it should work the same whether its their memories or the Emperor's.]

If she's willing...admittedly, I don't know if our telepathic abilities in teh dreamscape still come from those.

Hmm...I wonder if URSULA knows. If it's through the dreamscape's power then we could try to use that instead, right?

I'm not sure? What are you envisioning here?

Sort of like how I can display my memories like a play--maybe the Emperor could do something similar to give us a visual of the ones who did this to her. And maybe what the surrounding area looked like? It would give us some context clues as to how long it's been, maybe. But they haven't been able to manipulate the dreamscape like we can, so I don't know if it would work unless we were able to share the ability.

It's worth the try, at least, and we're already here. If it doesn't work we can just try to get a more detailed verbal description.

How about it? Do you think you'd we able to provide us with a visual description of the ones who did this to you?

[for one reason or another, it doesn't seem like that's gonna happen today...she is able to give them a description that pinpoints them as humanoid, though, if not human]

[which is ultimately all they're willing to push--they've already done a lot, and don't want to wear her out. besides, if they're going to visit more often it will give them a chance to ask later too.]

It's still a lead...we appreciate everything you've been able to tell us so far.
