[Wowee! We get hit with a pulse on the seventh! Isn't that fun! Also, a ship crashed, and baby it's cold inside. Some prompts.

A: Pulse: A pulse hit the planet! Life support went out, and that super sucks, but it will only last for an hour. Maybe more sucky: some or all of your powers may or may not have died! That's awkward. Are you disappointed you can't walk through walls now? Has nothing changed for you? Are you now a dead girl because you made a deal some aliens? Are you a sword? Have fun kids, and try not to hold a Class Trial.

B: Salvage: That sure was a ship that went down! URSULA identified it as the Narcissus which is apparently a human military ship so obviously this will be safe and no one is going to come across any type of trouble salvaging the ship. Maybe someone should text Naoko to tell her what's going on. Everything is fine.

C: Blanket-sharing meme: You know what you're here for.

D: ETC: Roxy is putting up mistletoe, there are flowers, people keep building stupid things. Do whatever!]

[He wishes he could be that optimistic... but he pauses, voices a quiet ah of realization, and nods, drawing back to meet her eyes.]

Y-yeah, Milla sent out a telepathic broadcast to tell people she'd found... found your body. She didn't know your name, but she gave a description... might not be a bad idea to telepathically let people know you're okay.

[And she could announce that they're dating, too, but Hinata definitely wouldn't recommend that since?? why??? would anyone??? care????]

[ the hand that was patting hinata immediately goes to her hair, and hajime ruffles it while making it a frustrated noise. it's probably the only real indication that any of this bothers her that she's made since she woke up. ]

[Even frustrated, she's cute... Hinata laughs quietly and presses his forehead against hers briefly.]

[He laughs because yeah, there's no way that will actually happen, even as he pulls back from resting his forehead against hers and offers her a wry smile.]

[And his cheeks flush a light pink, and he laughs again, more out of embarrassment than anything else.]

[ the next step is, in fact, a date, genius. on that note, hajime will go on her tip toes and kiss hinata on the cheek because that is a thing that can happen now?

actually she probably would do that anyway despite the dating status? let's not think too closely about it. ]

[Thanks for not doing it without the dating status, he doesn't need any more confused dokis.

The kiss does startle him enough that he almost doesn't react at first beyond a startled pink flush to his cheeks, then he reaches out impulsively to grab her wrist so she can't escape, returning her cheek-kiss with one of his own.]

[He lets go of her wrist and. turns back to start putting his weird sci-fi medical tools away. Because otherwise he'd just end up walking out the door with her after saying bye and that's just awkward.]

[ she actually looks a little surprised at the return kiss. ok maybe he is not the only one who is going to have to get used to this? but she smiles pretty quickly and does a salute as she steps away. ]
