[Wowee! We get hit with a pulse on the seventh! Isn't that fun! Also, a ship crashed, and baby it's cold inside. Some prompts.

A: Pulse: A pulse hit the planet! Life support went out, and that super sucks, but it will only last for an hour. Maybe more sucky: some or all of your powers may or may not have died! That's awkward. Are you disappointed you can't walk through walls now? Has nothing changed for you? Are you now a dead girl because you made a deal some aliens? Are you a sword? Have fun kids, and try not to hold a Class Trial.

B: Salvage: That sure was a ship that went down! URSULA identified it as the Narcissus which is apparently a human military ship so obviously this will be safe and no one is going to come across any type of trouble salvaging the ship. Maybe someone should text Naoko to tell her what's going on. Everything is fine.

C: Blanket-sharing meme: You know what you're here for.

D: ETC: Roxy is putting up mistletoe, there are flowers, people keep building stupid things. Do whatever!]

[ some dogs were fearful of bright, flickering light if they were of unknown origins.

not daisy, however. when the dog is wandering by herself around the base in search of a missing kitten from her litter, she takes the sudden, bright appearance of kanaya in great stride.

in fact she seems pretty happy by her arrival if her urgent barking and jumping is anything to go by. can you help her look for dark paws? please??

[Kanaya has no idea what the barkbeast wants, but it is quite frankly adorable, so Kanaya bends down to gently pat Daisy's head.]

Is something wrong, or is this just... an example of typical exuberance displayed by your kind?

[At any rate, Kanaya is happy to have some form of social interaction while she is like this.]

[ bark bark! judging by the wagging tail at the confirmation of having the new person's attention- yes. her type is usually this exuberant and energetic. though she immediately pulls back after the pat, trotting away to get something she had left behind. it doesn't take long for kanaya to see what it is as daisy soon scampers back and drops it at her feet.

a broken string collar, it seems. the name(?) 'dark paws' written on the wooden pendant in the spidery handwriting of someone here on the base. daisy barks at kanaya, whining this time to show the urgency of this item's reveal. ]

[Kanaya gently picks up the collar and looks at it. The brokeness is a bit concerning.]
