[Wowee! We get hit with a pulse on the seventh! Isn't that fun! Also, a ship crashed, and baby it's cold inside. Some prompts.

A: Pulse: A pulse hit the planet! Life support went out, and that super sucks, but it will only last for an hour. Maybe more sucky: some or all of your powers may or may not have died! That's awkward. Are you disappointed you can't walk through walls now? Has nothing changed for you? Are you now a dead girl because you made a deal some aliens? Are you a sword? Have fun kids, and try not to hold a Class Trial.

B: Salvage: That sure was a ship that went down! URSULA identified it as the Narcissus which is apparently a human military ship so obviously this will be safe and no one is going to come across any type of trouble salvaging the ship. Maybe someone should text Naoko to tell her what's going on. Everything is fine.

C: Blanket-sharing meme: You know what you're here for.

D: ETC: Roxy is putting up mistletoe, there are flowers, people keep building stupid things. Do whatever!]

[Bolin is a little surprised at the metaphorical bone being thrown his way and nods his head silently. His head perks up to be straighter and he folds his legs a bit more carefully so he's not cutting off circulation to them.

Finally, he rests his hands on his knees and examines his position and hers.]

[ Raven nods approvingly, and demonstrates the rest as she explains it to him: ]

Good. Now close your eyes and just breathe. Don't try to control your breathing; breathe naturally. Focus your attention on the breath. How the body moves with each inhalation and exhalation...

[Bolin follows suit, closing his eyes and then listening to her last bit of advice before starting to breath. It's forced at first before he's able to try and let himself relax.]
