YOU KNOW, LIKE, "NYAH" ❀ TEXT
I'm disappointed to see a lack of diversity in our entertainment. Given the work we're doing, I thought there'd be a greater selection to choose from.
Therefore, I propose we use this space to bring URSULA's attention to any media she should have in her databases. We clearly can't accept whatever people suggest willy-nilly, so I will preside as a judge to help filter submissions.

[ ADA… IS JUST REFUSING TO BE PART OF THIS CONVERSATION. ] And though I don't think we have it, a favourite show of mine back home was a horror/suspense anthology series called Recountments.
It was so interesting to watch because you had to keep track of what the character was saying and what was being shown on the screen. The viewer had to decide if they're telling the truth, they're lying, or if they're hiding information. Debates on forums certainly got lively after each broadcast!

Sweet Bro and Hella Jeff is an amateur's work. It may as well be called Sweet Bro: One Hella Joke.
[Okay, that's not their best one... the mention of horror/suspense, though...]
I do love a mystery, especially mind benders.
Is it a modern one?

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree on that aspect but, yes, the show from my world is a modern one!
A favourite episode of mine is called 'The 42 Hours' in which its actually two episodes worth. it's about the disappearance of a young woman in her home and how differently the family and the police see each other's actions during that time. It was boggling to see something so innocuous be turned to something suspicious, or to hear something harsh actually be well-meaning depending on the episode you watch.

Human perception is fragile, easily distorted.
That's what makes watching such shows fun.
It's a reminder of how nothing is ever as it seems.

paranoidvigilant, is quick to point out that's an ominous comment to make but eve waves her concerns away.it's true after all. things aren't really what they appear at first glance. (example: … them.) ]
If the show ever finds a way down here, I'll let you know all the best episodes to watch! They're only three episodes for each season but they're worth the marathon viewing!
Are any of the animes you mentioned in your list similar to it or is there any anime you think I should watch if I can ask that? I have been meaning to watch more things from the media we have.

Of course! You should seek to expand your tastes while you're aboard this base, you know.

I'll try to the best of my abilities. There's just so many things that I need to follow up or discover now. Do you have any recommendations of what I should watch this month?

They're so fascinating to me because of how compelling and dark they are. Especially when it comes to figuring out who is really with who and what is going on.

[look dirk loves his bro and his films but he knows perfectly well those films are unwatchable to everyone but jake english]

They're really fun to watch; they're certainly more entertaining than watching 'The Virtue and the Voltage' or 'War and Peace' back home. [ apparently, being a lady meant one wasn't supposed to lower yourself in terms of 'one's consumption of art and media' as ma'am mercer had worded it. ]

Have you gotten to try many other media that we have here?

I'm admittedly curious of these 'Disney' movies the others are speaking of. Bambi sounds cute from the name alone so I'm thinking of watching that next if we have it here.

Be wary about Disney movies. They can pack an emotional punch despite themselves.

Really? But they look so colourful and sweet! How bad could they be?

[ she is genuinely confused by this. from what her tutors and governess had told her, cartoons and animated media were nonsense. filled with saccharine material and 'fluff' with no depth.
the idea of this noting being subverted intrigued and picked up her interest. ] I would still like to watch it all the same! More so now. I would like to expand my taste of media while I'm here and now it sounds like the type of movie one should experience.
I promise not to cry if something heart wrenching happens. Not too loud at least.
