It's called the Digital World. It's connected to ours, similar to how I assume this place is.

There are all kinds of digimon there! [Patamon swoops around in a circle for dramatic emphasis.]

Yeah, they don't all look like Patamon. It's hard to describe without seeing it for yourself.

[ Oh jeez, she didn't mean to-- she looks shocked for a second while the lights continue to flicker. Forcing herself to relax, Raven reels in her emotions quickly, which turns the lights back to normal at least. Unfortunately the real damage is done.

Trying to look as non-threatening as possible, she pulls her hood down. She looks pretty guilty. ]

I was looking around the jelly shroom caves for alien artifacts and I found it. I was hoping to get more than just this, but it's better than nothing.

[ Hotaru nods, but it's hesitant. ]

Yes, I'm like them but not exactly. It's... something I'm still trying to figure out. Sailor Saturn isn't supposed to appear often.

[ The memories of the Silver Millennium are still a lot to bear, and she's drawn the logical conclusion that she's not the usual kind of superhero. ]

[ Hotaru's guilt breaks through all the imposed behavior her past life's memories bestow upon her as Sailor Saturn. In a flash of light, she's a magical girl no more and only Hotaru. It's becoming more clear to her that secret identities aren't necessary on Iniidae—at least not with the people on base, not with her friends.

Her eyebrows are drawn together, and her concern makes her spill from her lips in a rush. ]

I'm sorry, Alisha. I didn't mean to be deceptive or lie or anything like that. Or— that's not exactly right and I know it, but I'm different as Sailor Saturn. It's hard to be just Hotaru when I'm transformed.

[aspearing]

[ Alisha nods easily at the question. Well, this person seemed to have calmed down fairly quickly, at least. She herself is a little grateful for that. ]

Yes. I assume that you're here for the same?

Found footage of me swimming somewhere I didn't even remember when I came back and investigating a device in an underwater cave I also don't remember dealing with. We tried to go back and look at it ourselves but it didn't do anything for us.

[flashing her a grin and making the final few steps over to her with a spring]

Yup! I haven't seen a single cave crawler so far, actually. Maybe they're not out much this time of day.

[He does take the water, because he has been there for a while, and nods gratefully at Sanson.]

Thanks. It's...well, it's going? I'm still trying to figure out what to do with this information. Any thoughts?

It was under one of the smaller mushrooms, I had to pull it away from a crabsnake. It was really well-hidden, we spent a few hours looking around.

[sounding very impressed by how hidden it was]

Huh...deliberately cached? Or did it look like it got dropped there? We never were able to look that closely into who ransacked the base deep down under there.

It looked like it was intentionally hidden, but if it's been down there for a few hundred years then it's honestly hard to say for sure.

If it's been there a few hundred years I suppose it might matter less. At least we've got some promising leads now, right?

There are a few people who come and go, and someone has offered to set a drone for patrolling purposes.

[ Erina nods, directing her attention to the eggs briefly before returning back to the girl. ]

Just now... I was discussing with them what their names might be. [ It sounds embarrassing leaving her mouth.

Wait. Names. ] Erina Nakiri.

I mean, Erina Nakiri is my name. What is yours?

Right. [ God is she forever grateful that the eggs are there, giving her reason to pull her attention away. ] Anyway, I'm sure Chicken and Egg would appreciate that very much.
