Mass texting

[Early in the morning, maybe too early for some people, there's a very important mass text being sent out:]

HEY EVERYONE IT'S SOREY

AND MIKLEO

WE WOULD LIKE TO ASK IF YOU CAN SHARE SOME MEMORIES OF YOUR HOME, SO THAT WE CAN SHARE THEM WITH URSULA

IT WOULD MAKE HER HAPPY

SHE CAN READ ALL OF THIS THOUGH SO COME TO THE LABS WHEN YOU'RE FREE SO IT'S A SURPRISE FOR HER

NO PEAKING URSULA

[Sure enough, if you venture over to the labs anytime today, you'll find Sorey and/or Mikleo waiting around for people and multitasking at running a few tests.]

[ Lo and behold, on the early side of the morning, Chihiro makes her yawning way toward the labs in order to check in on this whole "share memories of home" with URSULA. She has no idea what's involved with this, figuring she should check it out and see if it's anything she might be able to help with.

It's just remembering stuff and what... describing it? She's going to hope that when she pokes her head in, carrying a glass of water, whoever she spies inside is going to either be Mikleo or Sorey or know them and be able to point her their way. ]

[ Morning does not dawn in quite the same ways underwater as above the surface in her opinion. ]

[He was going to come to the labs anyway. He always does, like, every single day; it's the best place on the base (and we don't talk about leaving the base yet). Today he almost doesn't, though. Sharing memories of home with URSULA, or anyone else . . .

Mmmm. Mmmmmm.

But he wants to tinker, and that's what the base is for, and he's a little curious about the logic behind all of this too. When he shows up later in the morning, he's tense, and spends a while hovering before finally approaching the commotion.]

Yo, man . . . I'm not doing this. Don't get any ideas! Just stop right there if you're thinking of poking into my head or anything!

But . . . why?

[ well, of course Korosensei is going to go! It is awfully early in the morning for someone who loves napping as much as him, but, as it turns out, he couldn't sleep in the first place. Sorey will avoid being scolded for it this time.

The telltale sound of rushing air heralds Korosensei's approach only a moment or two before he actually shows up, seeming to appear almost out of thin air behind the opening door. ]

Sorey-kun! Did you know your capslock is on?

[ apparently, this is what he wants to address first. ]

[The caps-lock is attention-grabbing enough, but the prospect of learning about other worlds is one that appeals to Korra on its own. Not one to miss an opportunity to help and hear some stories at the same time, Korra wanders through the base until she finds the lab. At least, she hopes it's the lab.

She steps through the door cautiously, zeroing in on the lone person in the room with her.]

Hey. I'm...guessing you're either Sorey or Mikleo?

[Action]

[So, Don's a little paranoid about brain-picking devices. He's had one used on him before, and it was no fun. Still, from his conversations with Mikleo, he doesn't think the seraph wishes anyone harm, so he doubts this invitation is particularly dangerous.

Nonetheless, he seems a little perturbed when he arrives at the lab, and immediately asks this question to whoever of the two happens to come over first.]

How exactly is this gonna work? Is it some kind of brain-imaging scan?

[Kanaya is here shortly after recieving the text and ready to share memories. Also she brought along a tray with several cups of Coffee on it. She figured that most people who showed up early would be tired and so decided to come prepared. Her's is suspiciously red tinted.]

I do not believe we have met yet, but I am willing to contribute. My name is Kanaya Maryam, it is a pleasure to meet you.
